This includes building and scaling organisations across publicly listed, private equity-backed, and venture-backed environments, as well as structuring complex industry partnerships and leading cross-functional operations across supply chain, data security, and product delivery. Her background combines a PhD in Experimental Medicine with an MBA, bringing together scientific depth and operational leadership.
